The process of translating is more complex than merely changing one language into another. We constantly make sure that the context of the original foreign text and any peculiarities of the target language are preserved in our translations. Before beginning any project, our expert will contact you in order to thoroughly understand your aims, objectives, and requirements. All translation materials will be handled by our team with the utmost care, attention, and dedication because confidentiality is our top concern. Should it be necessary, we can also sign an NDA with you.

Proofreading
It is already required in our regular procedure to thoroughly examine the translation before submitting it to our client. However, for customers who demand the highest quality, we continue to provide a premium option to perform an additional round of 100% proofreading in addition to the compulsory round of rechecking. The context and content of the translated texts can be perfected for best outcomes by having a native-speaker proofreader who is a subject-matter expert perform second round of checking.

Formatting
The texts that you want translated could be in a variety of formats, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, json,.txt, and SRT files. Fret not! Before sending documents to our translators for translation, our typesetting or desktop publishing engineers will perform pre-processing to convert uneditable files into editable ones. The engineer team will double-check and finalize the format of the translated work before delivering back to our clients. The goal of the entire procedure is to guarantee that the translation files you receive have the exact layout as the original files we received from you.

Printing
In order to give our clients a more convenient one-stop solution and guarantee consistency in quality, we have our own printing division to print any user manuals, labels, and stickers. Additionally, we offer a kitting service with added value to pack and arrange printed product in our clients' kit bags. An optional end-to-end delivery service is also available to guarantee a full-service cycle and save our clients from any inconvenience.
