About the Role
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Leader in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Control Program to ensure all products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Support First Piece Sample (FPS) evaluations prior to mass production.
Manage GP Web parts registration, updates, and documentation, including RoHS and Green Procurement (GP) for PAPAMY, PAVCKM, and other systems like IMDS.
Monitor in-process inspections to detect visual, printing, and die-cut defects, and ensure outgoing parts meet customer standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints.
Coordinate in-house and external calibration of measuring tools and production machinery.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Manage customer sample approvals and ensure proper documentation.
Perform QA administrative functions and other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
