FLE is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers, including children and young workers. As such, we have implemented several policies to ensure that no children are employed by the company. A child refers to a person under the age of 15, or under the completion age of compulsory education, or under the minimum employment age in the country, whichever is the greatest.
In addition, we do not employ workers under the age of 18 to perform work that may jeopardize their health and growth or expose them to danger, including any night shifts and overtime works. We take our responsibility to protect the rights of student workers seriously and ensure appropriate management and education in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Furthermore, if there is no applicable local law, the wage rate for student workers, interns, and apprentices will be at least the same as the wage rate for other workers performing equal or similar tasks. We believe in fair and ethical treatment of all employees, and this includes providing fair wages and benefits.
We take pride in our commitment to ethical and responsible practices and expect all employees to abide by these policies. We welcome any questions or concerns regarding our policies and encourage open communication within the workplace.
