FLE is committed to treating all workers with dignity and respect. We prohibit any form of harsh or inhumane treatment, including violence, harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, hazing, insulting in public, and verbal abuse. We believe in creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
We have clear disciplinary policies and procedures in place that are designed to maintain a positive and productive work environment. These policies and practices will be communicated to all workers in a clear and understandable manner. We believe that open communication is vital to ensuring that all employees understand the expectations for behaviour and conduct in the workplace. Our aim is to ensure that all workers feel safe, respected, and supported at all times.
