1. Complaints and Reporting

FLE encourages employees, freelancers, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to raise concerns regarding potential misconduct, unethical behaviour, human rights violations, discrimination, harassment, or breaches of this statement.

Concerns may be reported through appropriate internal communication channels, management representatives, or designated company contacts.

FLE aims to:

  • Treat complaints seriously and professionally

  • Handle reports fairly and appropriately

  • Maintain confidentiality where reasonably possible

  • Prohibit retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith

  • Conduct reviews or investigations where necessary

Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in appropriate action.

2. Remedial Actions

Where violations or misconduct are identified, FLE will seek to take reasonable corrective actions appropriate to the circumstances.

Such actions may include:

  • Internal corrective measures

  • Additional guidance or training

  • Process improvements

  • Supplier or contractor engagement

  • Disciplinary action where appropriate

  • Review or termination of business relationships in serious cases

FLE also encourages business partners to take responsible corrective actions where issues are identified within their operations.
