All employment and freelance engagements with FLE are voluntary. Individuals are free to discontinue their employment or engagement in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and local legal requirements.

We do not require employees or freelancers to surrender personal identification documents, passports, deposits, or any materials that may restrict their freedom of movement or employment choices.
