FLE recognize and respect the right of our workers to form and join a union or engage in collective bargaining. We believe that workers have the right to have a say in their working conditions and to participate in peaceful assemblies.

We will comply with all local laws and regulations relating to the rights of workers to organize and join a labour union. We will not engage in any conduct that interferes with or hinders the workers' ability to organize or engage in collective bargaining.

We also prohibit any discrimination, reprisal, intimidation, or harassment against workers who choose to exercise their rights to organize or join a union. Workers and their representatives have the right to communicate their views on management practices and working conditions without fear of retaliation. We encourage open communication between workers and management and we will work to create an environment that fosters constructive dialogue and collaboration.

We believe that a respectful and inclusive workplace is critical to our success, and we are committed to maintaining a culture that values the contributions and perspectives of all our employees. By respecting the rights of our workers to organize and join a union, we aim to foster a work environment that promotes fairness, equity, and mutual respect.
