At our workplace, we are committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees. As such, we adhere to the following policies regarding working hours and rest days:
Workweek: Our employees are not expected to work more than 60 hours per week, including overtime work. However, in cases of emergency or unusual situations, it may be necessary to work beyond this limit. Please note that any local laws or regulations that are stricter than this provision will always apply.
Rest days: All of our employees are entitled to at least one day off per seven working days. This is to ensure that they have adequate time to rest and recharge, which is essential for their physical and mental wellbeing.
This is to prevent burnout and ensure that our employees have a healthy work-life balance.
We are committed to ensuring that all of our employees are paid fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. To this end, we have established the following policies regarding wages and compensation:
Compliance with wage related laws and regulations: We will comply with all applicable wage related laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime work, and legally mandated benefits. We believe in providing fair and equitable compensation to all of our employees.
Overtime pay: We will pay our employees extra wages for overtime work in accordance with local laws. We recognize the importance of compensating our employees for their extra effort and time, and we are committed to providing fair and competitive rates for overtime work.
No reduction in wages as a disciplinary measure: We will not reduce the wages of our employees as a disciplinary measure. We believe that wage reductions are unfair and do not contribute to a positive work environment.
Wage statements: We will provide our employees with understandable and accurate wage statements that include sufficient information to verify compensation for work performed by the date of payment. We believe in transparency and want our employees to have a clear understanding of their compensation and how it is calculated.
Timely payment of wages and allowances: We will pay wages and allowances to all of our workers based on local laws without any delay. We understand the importance of timely payment and believe that our employees should be able to rely on their wages being paid on time.
We are also committed to continuously developing employee skills and capabilities and providing opportunities for career advancement where possible.
